The Standard plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Upload-Here, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no questions asked. Contact us at support@upload-here.com or request it directly from Paddle via the link in your receipt email.

Renewals

Monthly renewals can be refunded if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge and the paid features were not used during that period. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
