Introduction
Welcome to Upload-Here ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online service ("Service"), which allows users to generate upload links directly to their cloud storage and share them with their customers. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement. By using the Service, you confirm your compliance with these requirements.
Account
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Authorized Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Exploit or harm minors in any way.
- Send unsolicited or unauthorized promotional material ("spam").
- Impersonate any individual or entity.
- Engage in activities that harm or interfere with the Service or its users.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service without authorization.
- Use automated systems (e.g., robots, spiders) to access the Service.
- Compromise the Service’s security or integrity.
- Overburden the Service’s infrastructure.
- Upload harmful content, including viruses or malware.
- Harvest or collect personal data from the Service.
- Use the Service for commercial solicitation.
- Interfere with the Service’s functionality.
- Bypass security measures or usage restrictions.
Content
By uploading, storing, or sharing content through the Service, you retain ownership of your content but are responsible for it. You agree not to upload or share content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or objectionable.
- Violates the rights of others (e.g., intellectual property rights).
- Contains harmful code (e.g., viruses, malware).
Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Dashboard → Billing; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upload-Here shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service will cease. You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be announced with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after revisions implies acceptance of the new Terms.
